Over the years, we’ve worked with many clients that are exploring lump sum approaches for their relocating employees. The approach has been an element in many companies’ programs, but when it became a key item of discussion in client focus groups, it confirmed our awareness that more information was needed to help organizations understand – and weigh – the issues, pros, and cons of the approach.
