At Cartus, leadership is more than a management concept; it’s an integral part of everything we do. In fact, leadership training is woven into the DNA of how we do business. That’s why we’re gratified to see our focus recognized by the industry.
For the 11th consecutive year, Training Magazine—the training industry’s premier publication—has ranked Cartus among the top 125 companies for organizational development and training. Once again, we’re proud to be the only global relocation provider to be in included in Training’s Top 125 list.
Training Magazine pointed to our Leadership Forum as representative of the types of training best practices that landed us on the 2012 list of honorees. Our Leadership Forum is an interactive learning curriculum built on key management and leadership articles published by leading professional business journals.
“Leaders Developing Leaders”
Offered quarterly, Leadership Forum provides an opportunity for leaders at all levels to reflect on current articles and discuss how takeaways from what they’ve read would affect their teams. Participants use the roundtable discussion to deal with issues and facilitate problem solving with their peers. Sessions are led by a pair of senior leaders, and feedback indicates that participants especially like the concept of “leaders developing leaders” and having access to leadership perspective.
Service is at the heart of everything we do, and our emphasis is on the professional development of our employees, who are dedicated to serving our clients and customers. From frontline customer service to the C Suite, our best practice efforts have a long tradition of recognition by Training Magazine, and we’re very proud and appreciative of these honors!
