Jenny Castelino Wins the 2012 Editorial Achievement Award from Worldwide ERC®

We’re honored that Jenny Castelino, Director of Cartus Consulting and Intercultural & Language Solutions for Asia Pacific, was recently awarded the 2012 Worldwide ERC® Editorial Achievement Award for her article, “Culture Clash China – A Corporate Conundrum” published in the March 2011 issue of MOBILITY Magazine.

Jenny’s article offered an overview of the “new normal” economic and business environment in China, looked at key challenges of developing an effective workforce strategy, and laid out some best practice recommendations for managing and developing talent in China. Each year, Worldwide ERC presents the Editorial Achievement Award to contributors with the greatest subject matter relevance and writing excellence for MOBILITY Magazine.

“I would like to thank Worldwide ERC for recognizing my contribution to the global mobility industry,” Jenny said. “MOBILITY Magazine has a wide regional readership and provides a great venue for writing articles on hot topics in the industry in support of our clients’ strategic initiatives.”

I invite you to read Jenny’s winning article as well as the posts she has written for the blog that are based on her experience living and working in different cultures from around the world.
