Cartus Consulting Finds New Trend in U.S. Relocation Policies: Incent to Rent

As a member of the Consulting Services team, I am often asked for the latest in domestic relocation policy trends. Many revolve around home sale but there is an emerging policy benefit that is new and different. It answers a specific issue some companies are facing when they relocate employees often.

Incent-to-rent programs (ITR) are designed to encourage employees who are homeowners to rent in the new location instead of using their new home closing cost benefits.
