There is a famous saying: “What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas!” Well, NOT when it comes to the Forum for Expatriate Management’s Global Mobility Summit that took place in Las Vegas, September 12-14, 2012. So, I thought I’d share some of my experiences.

I recently attended the Spring Southern California Relocation Council meeting, where the theme was “Hot Potatoes – Relocation Policy Development and Trends for 2012.” I was particularly interested in the discussion about emerging markets and would like to share some of the points covered.

Southern California Relocation Council (SCRC) held its first meeting March 10, 2011, at the beautiful Old Ranch Country Club in Seal Beach, California. More than 70 attendees from the various sectors of the relocation industry heard keynote speaker Dr. Esmael Adibi, director of the A.
