Helping to Get Home Sale Right: Appraisal Report Form Changed

The Worldwide ERC’s® Appraisal Task Force has revised the Summary Appraisal Report 2010 to meet the relocation industry’s needs for a more precise, consistent, and flexible process. The updated form went into effect on January 1, 2011. Cartus had the opportunity to make suggestions to the task force on adjustments that needed to be made.
