While attending the Worldwide ERC® Global Workforce Symposium last month, I had the pleasure of returning to the Rocky Mountains in time to enjoy an early snowfall and a view of snow capped peaks. Last Thursday evening, April 14, a new forum for Danbury’s women was introduced with a great deal of style and panache. An overflow crowd of more than 300 women and men filled a spacious meeting area at the Matrix Conference Center nearly to the rafters. Presented by the new Women’s Business Council (WBC) and moderated by award-winning radio host Lisa Wexler, a panel discussion among a group of “extraordinary women” brought both smiles and “Been there!” nods of agreement from audience members.
